Our Flagship Projects
Digital Empowerment for Citizens (DEC) Project
Theme: Building a Digitally Skilled and Empowered Citizenry.
The Digital Empowerment for Citizens (DEC) Project was designed to equip Nigerian youths and women with practical digital and entrepreneurial skills that enhance employability, self-reliance, and social inclusion. Through intensive training and mentorship, participants learned website management, online marketing, content creation, and business digitization.
Key Highlights: 1,200+ participants trained across Abuja, Lagos, and Enugu, 300+ small business owners introduced to digital tools for growth, 60% of trainees now earn income through freelancing or online enterprises
Active Citizens, Accountable Governance (ACAG) Initiative
Theme: Building bridges between citizens and leadership.
The ACAG Initiative promotes civic participation and transparency in governance by training citizens on their rights, responsibilities, and the power of advocacy. Through community forums, media dialogues, and accountability campaigns, the project fostered constructive engagement between citizens and government officials.
Key Highlights: 15 communities engaged in civic education programs, 10 citizen-led accountability groups established, 8 policy dialogues hosted with local government representatives
TAP Learn & Lead Fellowship
Theme: Raising young leaders for sustainable impact.
The TAP Learn & Lead Fellowship is a leadership and mentorship program for young Nigerians passionate about community development, social impact, and governance. Fellows receive training in project management, policy engagement, and social innovation while leading change projects in their local communities.
Key Highlights: 120 fellows trained in leadership and civic innovation, 40 community projects implemented by fellows, 15 fellows supported to launch NGOs or social enterprises
Innovation for Inclusion (I4I) Project
Theme: Driving community-led solutions through creativity and technology.
The Innovation for Inclusion (I4I) Project empowers citizens to co-create innovative ideas that solve pressing community challenges. It encourages collaboration between innovators, local leaders, and development experts to design practical solutions in areas like environment, education, and youth empowerment.
Key Highlights: 25 innovation hubs established across 6 states, 80+ innovative ideas incubated for community challenges, 10 projects scaled in partnership with local NGOs and private sector organizations.
Community Connect & Care Program (C3P)
Theme: Strengthening communities through care, dialogue, and collaboration.
The C3P fosters social cohesion, well-being, and inclusion through outreach programs, health campaigns, and civic awareness drives.
From rural health sensitization to peacebuilding initiatives, C3P ensures that no one is left behind in the journey toward sustainable development.
Key Highlights: 5,000+ citizens reached through outreach and awareness, 20+ community engagement forums organized, Partnerships with local NGOs, schools, and healthcare providers
